Born in Kuala Lumpur Malaysia I grew up speaking Chinese before I learnt to speak English.I have practised Martial Arts: Kendo, Iaido and Aikido and self defence . I learnt Shaolin Qigong from Sifu Yan Lei at the Shaolin Temple uk.and teach Tai Chi Qigong Shibashi as it is easy to learn and suitable for everyone.
