What happens to you when you do Qigong ?

The gentle rhythmical exercises are easy to do, we breathe deeply we move without effort through the forms. The body responds and we begin to relax. We feel good; warm and comforted and then we get sense of physical well being throughout the day. When we practice Qigong regularly mind and body start to work together. So often our minds are thinking about one thing and our bodies are doing something else. Mind and body are separate, in two different places . Many of us work at computers all day, our brains are working hard but our bodies have gone to sleep! We drive our cars and think about our children or the shopping we must do. We talk about multitasking.We are constantly on the go. This is modern life. It is exhausting and stressful and over time it can wear us out. So if you have any of these symptoms and have a lot of stress try Qigong. Mind and body will work better when balanced you will have more energy. You will be happy and successful.
