Learning Taichi Qigong Shibashi
When you start doing Shibashi there are only three things you need to do: relax,move and breathe at the same time and practice. Learning Shibashi is easy .There are 18 forms. In the first class you learn the first three forms, practice those for a week,in the the next class you learn another three forms so now you practice the first 6 forms and so on until you reach class six.This way it is possible to remember all 18 forms in six weeks.
